Edie, our Patron, is fund-raising for 3 trams; 896 958 & 970, in original green n cream livery and the discharge of these trams from service and transport fees to relocate them to the Park to be preserved and repurposed.
The trams need to be set up on sleepers to protect them from loosing structural integrity, and they need their roof tinned with gutters (seee 563 already with roof preserved) as 970 and 958 have been under cover in Newport's rail sheds since retirement from service.
Along side the membership options I will include a donation/ sponsorship option directly to the Corop Sculpture Park not for profit bank account for those who want to assist but don't see themselves as members using the facility. Any amount can be donated via transfer to the Corop Sculpture Park account or there is a nominal amount shown below.
You can choose to remain anonomous or be registered on our Sponsor page.
Please join Edie at Corop Sculpture Park - Trams Jasper Brolgas Palms in the rescue and conversion of 3 old trams; 896 958 & 970 offered under the Victorian government tram resuscitation scheme. I applied I 2018 and finally was allocated these 3 beauties.

These will be converted to glass art studios for use in art classes and stay-overs for kindred spirits.
